If you have or had the “book a librarian” service at your library or at your previous libraries?

How it works?

What works/worked?

How much time do you allocated to it?

What is the demand?

How do you book the sessions?

Any issues?

How long do you wait for a person?

How many times per week/month do you allow the same person to book the service?

Are they any follow-up from the librarian side due to the nature of the topic?

Do you limit it to specific topics?



Basically, anything that you could share.
