[Libs-Or] Printable OR Tax for OR-40 and Taxpayer Advocate Office

Greetings!

For those of you that print out blank tax forms for library users, you may have noticed that the Oregon Department of Revenue’s forms web site<https://www.oregon.gov/dor/forms/Pages/default.aspx> has fillable PDF versions of the current forms. This can cause the forms to be a bit wonky when printed out blank. Attached is a PDF of the OR-40 form that is non-fillable and is designed to be printed out blank.

I was able to track down this version of the form through the Oregon Department of Revenues Taxpayer Advocate<https://www.oregon.gov/dor/Pages/Taxpayer-Advocate.aspx>, a new office to help reduce barriers for tax payers. Based on my experience, they are very responsive to questions.  I would encourage you to reach out to them if you need any additional assistance with forms or have library users that need some extra assistance.
