[Libs-Or] Job Op: Visiting Instruction Librarian at Eastern Oregon University

Eastern Oregon University (EOU) Library invites applications for a
non-tenure track, limited duration, Visiting Instruction Librarian. We seek
a collaborative, and user-focused librarian, with an interest in teaching
and learning. Early career librarians are encouraged to apply!

This is a one year position (9/16/22 - 6/15/23) to replace me while I am
temporarily reassigned to other duties. I'd be more than happy to answer
any questions about the job and work environment. This would be a great
position for someone who is looking to gain experience teaching information
literacy in a wide range of venues, including credit-bearing courses, first
year experience courses, and discipline-specific course-integrated
instruction. Though it's a limited duration position, there are lots of
opportunities to build one's resume.

We work in a small, beautiful library, on a small, beautiful campus, in a
rural, mountainous part of the state with lots of outdoor adventure
opportunities. We have a very collaborative and helpful team of librarians,
and great relationships with teaching faculty.
