Only individual users will be able to register and create user accounts. The State Law Library of Oregon recently changed the process for accessing two of the legal resources provided to all Oregonians. Please make sure to update this information on your local webpages.

Legal Information Resource Center (EBSCO)<https://soll.libguides.com/index/nolo> - full-text legal reference publications, the majority provided by Nolo Press
Users will now have to create a user account<https://soll.libguides.com/index/create_library_account> with the State Law Library.

FastCase<https://soll.libguides.com/index/fastcase> - includes the United States Code, United States Supreme Court and Court of Appeals Cases; and  cases, statutes, regulations, court rules, constitutions, attorney general opinions, and session laws for Oregon, Alaska, Arizona, California, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, and Washington.
