CCAHA is excited to announce that registration is now open for our upcoming program Our Planet, Our Collections.

Join us this November 14th and 15th for a two-day virtual conference exploring the intersection of climate change and collections stewardship. We ask: How do collecting institutions preserve evidence of an ever-changing natural world? And how does a changing climate impact those preservation efforts?

Topics will address actions, responsibilities, and outcomes in the care of collections through a holistic lens, including documentation of the natural environment now and in the future, and the role cultural organizations have to play in advancing sustainability efforts. Participants will learn how efforts to preserve evidence of the natural world impact contemporary conversations about sustainability and engage in discussion about both the collections and the world we hope to leave behind.

To view a list of featured presentations and learn more about registration and scholarship options, please visit our conference website at: https://ccaha.learningtimesevents.org/. We hope to see you there!
