Virtual access will be  available via the conference mobile app and via the web (web access information will be emailed to conference registrants shortly before the conference).

Haven't downloaded the conference app? Just follow these steps to get connected to the conference:


  1.  Visit the Apple App store or Google Play store
  2.  Search for: Memberclicks and tap on: MemberClicks conference app
  3.  Tap on "GET" (Apple mobile devices) or on "Install" (Android devices)
  4.  Open the app
  5.  You'll be prompted to search for an app or enter a code:
     *   Search: OLA 2023
     *   Code: OLA23
  6.  You now have access to the conference through the app by tapping on OLA 2023 under "My Apps"

For full access (which you most definitely want), take these last few steps:

  1.  Tap on the profile icon / "Log In" on the top right corner of the app and tap on User Sign In
  2.  Enter the email address you used to register for the conference and tap on Sign In
  3.  Check your email for the verification code and enter it into the conference app

Web access will be shared with all conference registrants via the email before the start of the conference. Note: web access does not provide the full functionality of the app.  We recommend using the app in order to take advantage of the full features and functionality available to virtual attendees.
