[Libs-Or] Library blocked in Kanopy?

Hello Associates,

I am writing to see if any of your patrons are having trouble with Kanopy this week. We have a patron reporting that our library (Jackson County Library Services) is blocked, but I cannot reproduce the same error message when I troubleshoot the issue. Please let me know if you have heard of any related trouble with Kanopy.
