[Libs-Or] Library blocked in Kanopy?

I helped someone with that issue a few days ago. He provided this screenshot.
Kanopy directed him to click Add your library card and re-register his card. He reported that it worked.

In Kanopy's instructions to him, they enigmatically state "Kanopy may periodically ask you to reenter your library card information to verify that your library membership is active."

Hello Associates,

I am writing to see if any of your patrons are having trouble with Kanopy this week. We have a patron reporting that our library (Jackson County Library Services) is blocked, but I cannot reproduce the same error message when I troubleshoot the issue. Please let me know if you have heard of any related trouble with Kanopy.
