As information has rolled out about the events mentioned below, I received corrected information about the questionnaire to use if you are not able to attend the virtual meeting. For providing information from the library perspective, please use the Oregon Community Anchor Institution Broadband Access Questionnaire<https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/OR_CommunityAnchors01>. This survey is designed to gather information from organizations that provide computer and broadband access in local communities.

We encourage every library in Oregon to fill out this questionnaire to help the Oregon Broadband Office gather information so they have a clear picture of community assets and opportunities to improve access to the Internet, devices, and digital skills training throughout the state.
