[Libs-Or] Is it legal to have the same treasurer for a Foundation and a Friends group?

Like so many of you, we are struggling with keep enough volunteers on our various boards. Treasurer is even more difficult to fill. I have two vacancies as of Jan 1.

Does anyone know if Is it legal to have the same treasurer for a Foundation and a Friends group? (Both are 501c3's)
