[Libs-Or] REMINDER: Support for SB1583

You can also support this important effort by sharing this call to action
with your colleagues in your libraries, with your friends and family and
social media contacts that live in Oregon, or any other way you can think
of to spread the word. The majority of voters do not approve of book bans.
Let's harness that support and get SB1583 passed.
