[Libs-Or] REMINDER: Support for SB1583

Hi library community,
A reminder once again, you still have time to submit letters and/or
register to testify for tomorrow's hearing. You can continue to submit
and/or register up to an hour before the hearing. Please, if you haven't
already, it isn't too late to contribute your thoughts to this incredibly
important bill. And reach out, if you have any questions at all!
As of the moment, there are 183 opposed letters and 245 support. Opposed
letters are still coming in regularly, so let's keep the stream of support
going.
