[Libs-Or] FINAL DAY TO SUBMIT: Support for SB1583

Hi all,
Today is the day of the SB1583 hearing. The hearing is scheduled for
3:00p.m., so all letters and those wishing to testify need to do so an hour
before the hearing begins, 2:00p.m. or earlier.

As of this moment, there were quite a few opposed letters submitted last
night, and currently there are 318 opposed with 347 support. Now is not
the time to stop or procrastinate. If you've been waiting, now is your
time to submit testimony.

To all the brave folks who have already submitted, THANK YOU! Your letters
and offers to testify mean more than I'll even share. Thank you for your
actions, they speak so loud!
I believe in us!
Emily
