We need your help to improve access to justice for Oregonians.
  
The Oregon State Bar is launching a major initiative this month to advance our civil access to justice work. Because your work serving communities touches on issues of civil access to justice, we want your input to shape our efforts.
  
Between now and early next year, the Bar will gather public-source data, survey stakeholder communities and conduct focus groups to identify systemic gaps in our justice system that the Bar is positioned to help address. Your participation in our survey is the first step. 
 
The survey covers key areas such as legal aid services and availability, support of unrepresented litigants, self-help tools, high-need areas of law, and access to justice in rural communities. Your feedback will inform our statewide Gap Analysis and our long-term Access to Justice Strategic Planning, including our support and oversight of legal aid service organizations in Oregon.
 
Completing the survey should take no more than 20 minutes. Your responses will help us gather diverse and comprehensive data essential for our planning.
  
The survey is open to everyone in our community through July 19, so please share it with those in your circles who may also have valuable input on access to justice issues in Oregon.
 
As a thank you and additional incentive, those who complete the survey will be invited to enter into a raffle for one of eleven $100 Visa Gift Cards.
