In this session, the managers of reference services and access services will share the lessons learned from this kind of crisis, as well as suggestions for all librarians on ways to prepare for and manage the unexpected.
Presenters
· Joan Petit is the Manager of References Services and Library Technologies at Portland State University. She holds an MSLS from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
