[MyOEBB] Revised 2016-17 Plan Documents

[MyOEBB system updates]

Dear Business Managers, Superintendents & Benefits Administrators:

Some corrections and clarifications have been made to a few of the 2016-17 plan design and rate documents. Below are links to the most current versions of all revised documents with notes explaining the changes that were made. Documents not listed below remain the same as originally posted.

*         Revised 5-2-2016 (cosmetic changes only, no benefit changes): HSA-compatible plans now print on same page and unnecessary headers removed from Moda pharmacy plans

*         Revised 5-10-2016 to correct benefits on the Moda Evergreen Plan and clarify footnotes

*         Revised 5-2-2016 to correct frame frequency on Opal and Pearl plans

*         Revised 5-3-2016 correcting benefit level on Plan 3
