RE:                  Notice of Proposed Rulemaking for OAR chapter 111, Division 20, Entities Electing to Join OEBB and Division 40,  Declination of Coverage

OEBB is proposing to permanently amend Oregon Administrative Rules.

The proposed rulemaking clarifies and adds rule language regarding:

-       Local Governments participating in the OEBB benefits program (Division 20)

-       Language relating to an opt-out surcharge (Division 40)

You are being invited to review these proposed rules and to comment on them. If you wish to present oral testimony, a public hearing will be held in Salem, Oregon at 1225 Ferry Street SE, on June 16, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. You may also file written comments before 5:00 p.m. on June 30, 2016 to the OEBB Rules Coordinator at the following address:

Final rules will be filed after consideration of all comments. Any comments received after June 30, 2016 will not be reviewed or considered by OEBB unless OEBB decides to extend the public comment period to everyone.
