[MyOEBB] OEBB Website Improvements

[MyOEBB system updates]

Dear Business Managers, Superintendents & Benefits Administrators:

Our OEBB website (www.oregon.gov/oha/oebb<http://www.oregon.gov/oha/oebb>) may experience a short period of downtime this morning as we migrate to a more streamlined, user-friendly design.

This update will not affect the MyOEBB Enrollment system, just the public-facing informational website. If you normally use a link on our site to access the MyOEBB Admin Module, here is a link you can use during this morning's transition: https://myoebb.org/oebb/!bms.main

We hope these updates improve the ease-of-navigation and your overall experience of the site. Some pages and links will necessarily change, but we tried to keep the most popular page URLs the same, so most bookmarks should continue to work after the changeover.
