Hello Doctors, Chiropractic Assistants and Other Interested Persons,

The Board of Chiropractic Examiners has a new public meeting notice out for January 2020.  The Board's next meeting is January 16-17, 2020, and public session will open the first day at 8:30 AM.  An administrative rule hearing is scheduled for 9 AM. The meeting notice and rule hearing notice are posted on the agency's website<http://www.oregon.gov/obce> under Board Info (for the Notice) and Laws, Rules and Scope (for the Rule Proposals).  Copies are attached for your convenience.  You are welcome to attend the public session, and welcome to make written comment on any proposed rules.

You may be interested to know also that other rules were adopted after the November 14, 2019 meeting.  That permanent rule filing can be viewed on the Rules Proposal page also.
