Bio Mary Hammond MA LPC has been diagnosing and treating mental health
and addictions issues for over twenty years. She initially thought that
diagnosis was for supervisors and insurance companies. Through stellar
supervision and inquiring clients she has come to realize the importance
of diagnoses to the clients understanding of what they are dealing with
and what they have to do to be well. This class is designed to meet the
requirements for Diagnoses under the new counselor/therapist law which
goes into effect Jan. 1 2010.
