Integration of  "Life Coaching" Application
COURSE #: COU 582
DATE: Saturday April 17, 9am 4pm
LOCATION: Multnomah University Campus

CERTIFICATION: 6 hours
This training is designed to enhance each student's knowledge and skill
development of the coaching language. This foundational course goes
in-depth into subjects related to the life coaching industry and how it
relates to you as the practitioner and/or helper guide.

Healing for the Whole Person: Practical lessons from a Christ Centered
recovery community
COURSE #: COU 583
DATE: Saturday May 8, 9am 4pm

CERTIFICATION: 6 hours
This course equips Christian counselors, pastors, and lay leaders with
several diagnostic and therapeutic tools and a different approach, a
Christ-centered community approach, to healing the wounds of the
individuals and communities in which they serve. Understanding the
foundations of relational community, exploring types of brokenness,
discussing the process of healing, and developing practical applications
will be emphasized. Case discussions on ADHD, mood disorders, substance
abuse, and eating disorders will be considered.

Treating Domestic Violence in Christian Families
COURSE #: COU 584
DATE: Saturday June 12, 9am 4pm
LOCATION: Multnomah University Campus
INSTRUCTOR: Ron Clark, D.Min.
FEES: $115
CERTIFICATION: 6 hours
This training provides a biblical model for people who work with
families and coupes where domestic violence is an issue. It provides
further development to issues of domestic violence, sexual assault, and
dating violence. The training will take a theological approach to the
issues.
