[OMS_MANAGERS] Request for more information on the Rural Innovation fund.

I tried to bring up the web site given and was unable to access it. Is 
there, to the best of your knowledge any funding available for any "for 
profit" housing?
I know of a location that would be good for housing, but do not have the 
resources to pursue a project. I have experience with rentals and have some 
knowledge about real estate and building regulations so would not be going 
into a project blindly. However any project, given the work and energy 
necessary, there should be some 'recompense'. The kind of project I have in 
mind would, hopefully, find favor with the 'powers that be'.
