Hi everyone,

Our Promo Committee Chair is wanting to work on a strategic plan for her committee.  She'd like some input from other committees on where they've found their "time spent" to be most effective.

ie:  in a town of 2500, how many "events" are appropriate through the year .  How about community events vs. fund-raising events?

AND, what about the other responsibility of the committee, promoting the Main Street organization, the town and businesses?

So that her committee doesn't burn itself out and can create a strategy that's sustainable, they want to narrow down their focus just a bit.

I told her I'd ask those that have, perhaps, experienced this!
