BDA is using their software and getting started is a bid hard, but other than that the customer service and tech support is great and they will help transfer your information over to Maestro.  Travis has training meetings/webinars quit often.

Hey Everyone! It was great to reconnect with some of you at the conference in Pittsburgh this week! I met the Maestro reps at the Expo, and we are seriously considering purchasing this software. Do any of you have experience with it? If so, please send a note as to whether you recommend this and/or glitches you may have incurred with it so far. I'm also curious to know how their customer service/tech support is and whether it is user friendly and timely for Main Street staff members and volunteers.
