Maestro is always updating their capabilities. Currently from my experience, you will have to continue to use drop box and google docs, until they get that built into Maestro.

Hey Kelly,
Maestro is cloud based and has unlimited users. Sales Force is free for 501c3 nonprofits, but expensive otherwise and has 10 users. You can store facade improvement photos on maestro. Not sure about other photos? I also have those on Gdrive shared with my organization.

Hi Saira,
We've been looking at it, as well. I know that some folks are using Sales Force. Jonathan mentioned, last week, that Oregon City was working on creating a Main Street module for Sales Force.
Jonathan, can you tell us more about how that will look?
Also, if we use Maestro or Sales Force, where do you all store documents? ie: photos, marketing materials etc We have thing scattered between Drop Box and Google Drive - These allow multiple people the access to be able to get in and edit whatever it is. It doesn't look like Maestro has any of that ability. Mostly just a database.
I'm guessing I want too much from one program. :)

Hey Everyone! It was great to reconnect with some of you at the conference in Pittsburgh this week! I met the Maestro reps at the Expo, and we are seriously considering purchasing this software. Do any of you have experience with it? If so, please send a note as to whether you recommend this and/or glitches you may have incurred with it so far. I'm also curious to know how their customer service/tech support is and whether it is user friendly and timely for Main Street staff members and volunteers.
Thanks!
