It is nice seeing faces to go with names.
I fooling around with Icons or small pics and found that you can get a 
picture though if it is under a certain size. make it JPG and use the lowest quality 
and set it at 1 inch  high and it will work.

Some people say i look like Gary Garcia of the Grateful  Dead.
