Hi Les,
Would you look and see if there are any Howards or Barretts in the Lane County book?  I am looking for a Charles or Edward Howard or Barrett born in 1885 in Kentucky, married (Rachel Brewer) April 26, 1915 in Lane county, and divorced July 1916, also in Lane County.  He got married using the name Charles Howard, but used various combinations of the above names when he was in trouble with the law which was more often than not.

  By the way my sister-in-law laid a copy of two Cottage Grove Sentinel publications on me yesterday, if anyone thinks there might be info of intereste to them I would be glad to check. I know someone on the list mentioned in the past having a ancestor that was in the Bohemia Mining District in the early days and that is the main reason I mention this;

  As I understand it both of these are sold out, they only published limited runs. This is about the fourth edition of Golden with the past though so if folks are interested they can badger the Cottage Grove Sentinel and maybe inspire them to publish more.
