[or-roots] Sweet Home URL change

The current web master of the Sweet Home web site has changed a few things.  The correct URL for my "I Rember [Sweet Home]" web pages on that site is:
http://www.sweet-home.or.us/history/CecilHouk/index.htm

I have also corrected the link in my web page menu (at the bottom of my footer).
