I don't have anything on people traveling from California to Oregon in the 1800's.  I do know that some of my ancestors went to the 1849 California gold fields and returned to Oregon, but I have no details.  Others went California first, and later moved north; again no details

  Your site is very interesting.  I read part of it.  Do you know if there is anything on a trail from San Francisco to the Oregon/Barlow Trail in The Dalles, Oregon?  My grgrgrandfather came that route and settled in Dufur, Oregon.
