[or-roots] Adams Cemetery Help, please

Just in time for Memorial Day, I think I have found the cemetery my 
g-grandmother, Melissa Rosina McClellan Wallace Dozier and her second 
husband, Richard Dozier are buried in. It is Adams Cemetery on Adams 
Cemetery Road in Molalla. Thanks to mapquest.com, I know about where it is.

What I need to know is if it is locked, and if so, who would I call for 
permission to go in? How good of repair is it in? (slacks and tennis shoes, 
or 501s and logger boots?)
