Hi everyone,
Would someone please remind me where to find an obituary from 1969 and 1970 
and death certificate for Multnomah County?

Also if you have any information about Eugene and Catherine Wright, William 
and Libbie (Curtis) Wright, Dorothy Wright, Hardy O. Howard or Nellie M. 
Smith; I'm sure Dave would appreciate the assistance.

 Thanks again for the reply.  I would truly appreciate some help. I'd love 
to know where I could find the obituary. Also, I'd love to get his death 
certificate but don't know if one would send to the county (Multnomah) or to 
the state to obtain it or the cost involved which I would gladly pay.  Her 
parents were Eugene and Catherine (maiden name unknown) Wright.   I have 
tried to find this Eugene Wright family in the 1930 census and they have 
disappeared off the face of the earth.  Love to find where they were in 
1930.  Eugene's parents, William and Libbie (Curtis) Wright were my great 
grandparents on my mother's side of the family.  It took me over 25 years to 
find that bit of info since William Wright went by the name of Willis and 
not William.

I am looking for the obituary and death certificate for Hardy O. Howard who 
died September 12, 1969 in Multnomah County. Oregon.  In the source  "Oregon 
Death Index 1903-1998 it states his spouse was a Dorothy.  I am sure this is 
my Dorothy Wright since when her sister, Libbie M. [Wright] Harting died in 
1970 her obituary states she is survivied by her sister, Dorothy (Mrs. Hardy 
O. Howard, of Portland.  I thought if I could find Hardy's information it 
might lead me to where I could find the information  leads for Dorothy 
Wright.
