Oh my gosh!  I knew you guys would be able to help.  Thank you so much.  I
will try the Simpsons and also see who she lived with in Dayton.  How very
odd that it lead back to Dayton, the town where Richard was born!

Sue,  I believe most libraries have a reference book called a "reverse
directory" which lists occupants by address.  Used to use it all the time
when working in residential real estate.  Some times they are a year or so
