I hope this helps.  When I went to the Multnomah County offices in SE Portland I did not have your email with me.  Also while researching the deeds for this address I also saw two death certificates one for Richard and the other for Dorothy on file.

AFTER DOROTHY DEATH THE PROPERTY WAS TRANSFERRED TO HER DAUGHTER GLORIA IN 1995.

AFTER GLORIA DEATH THE HOUSE WAS TRANSFERRED TO THE CURRENT OWNER SUSKA SCHMIDT REFERENCE WARRENTY DEED BOOK 2002 PAGE 217961 DATED 26 NOV 2002.
