ME AGAIN. THE LIST OF CHILDREN IS WRONG. THAT MUCH I AM SURE OF. MY GRANDFATHER, JAMES NATHANIEL LOUDON IS MISSING AND UNCLE CHARLIE WAS A SON AND NOT A NEPHEW. I KNEW HIS SON VERY WELL. HE IS THE ONE THAT GAVE ME A LOT OF PICS OF THIS TRIBE. ALSO CYNTHIA JANES SECOND HUSBAND LIKE THE BUBBLY AND HE IS THE ONE THAT GAVE HER BIRTHPLACE AS GERMANY. SHE WAS ACTUALLY BORN IN CLAY CO., MO. THANKS AGAIN FOR ALL YOUR HELP.

For anyone else interested, I sent the transcription off list. It list the children of Thomas and Cynthia. However, it does not agree with the 1880 Census from Gervais, Marion, Oregon. Same names, wrong relationships.

BARB: THAT IS exactly what i am looking for. thomas and cynthia jane are my gr. grandparents. would love to have that if you can manage. if you send by mail i will be more than happy to reimburse you. if you send it over the net, please DO NOT send as an attachment. for some reason i can't open any attachments which is probably where i picked up the problem in the first place. guess thomas and c.j. are my gr. gr. grandparents.i have pics of both of them and he looks like some kind of thug. cynthia's father didinherited her when she m. thomas.lots of money and other assets that never came my way. i am also related to kate trickey. little scandal there. its those dau. married names that i am really concerned with. have never found them since they changed their names and i had no idea who m. whom. thanks so much for your time on this. let me know what you want to do as to sending or copying the data.

      Gary,

I have the book. What exactly am I looking for??

Page 119 has an article concerning Thomas M. Loudon and his wife Cynthia Jane Shaw. Lists children giving married names of daughters.

Written by L T. Evans and Kate Vietheer Trickey in 1962.
"This information gathered from records and relatives."

Willing to transcribe if this is what you are looking for. "Or can scan."
