I don't think anyone has yet mentioned "Central" Cemetery, just off 
highway 20, east of Albany.  I think it is sometimes called Central 
Christian and sometimes Santiam Central.  It seems likely that "Center 
Precinct", and/or a populated place by that name may have been located 
about there.
