Cecil, what is the address, there are some older street names in the
surveyors office information that might make it possible to figure out where
the house was.

I did have access to them online, mbut am experienceing difficulies finding
the info now.

still no luck on that, will try tommorow, I need to get off here and go
start some dinner and do some work yet tonight.

I had forgotten what happened to Union ave, I can try that, but the 7 1/2
address is strange.

I've seen that book at the Oregon Hysterical Society Library in Portland.
It does NOT cover everything.  I have an address for my mother in Portland
circa 1928.  That house cannot be found.
