I don't have that address handy right now. I got it from an old Portland city directory listing for
my grandfather - Cecil Rulaford.

I can explain the 7 1/2 address. East Burnside St. is the dividing line between NE and SE Portland
The 7 puts this address almost at the West side corner of Union, and the 1/2 indicates this was a
second dwelling of some sort. I know this because I used to live at 7207 1/2 SE 82 nd Ave.; my
mother lived at 7202 1/2 SE 72 nd Ave. in the 1970's. Both were second houses on one city lot. I
don't remember any houses at Union and Burnside.
