AOL can be a problem. I dropped them because if you are just looking at
something for a long time (like a census) they will just kick you out.
My son was doing a download from the internet and it took to long so AOL
kicked him out which caused our computer to completely crash and burn.
I lost everything including the BIOs which we had to re-install. It was
a nightmare.
Usually with a library card you have to go in through the libraries
website and then it will either ask you for a pass word or your library
card number or something like that. You can't just go directly to
Heritage Quest.

I am supposed to have a legal library card now to get onto Heritage
Quest, but I can't seem to make it work. There is no firewall protection
detected. I was wondering if there is something else that I need to do,
since I am an AOL user.
