[or-roots] Using Heritage Quest Question

I disable my firewall for 30 minutes and then log on to Heritage Quest.  That's the only way I can make it work.

  I am supposed to have a legal library card now to get onto Heritage Quest, but I can't seem to make it work. There is no firewall protection detected. I was wondering if there is something else that I need to do, since I am an AOL user.
