Start with Marion Co., KS. I'd start on the internet, to see what the county courthouse has.  
 
I just googled     naturalization records kansas "marion county"   
 
and got several good hits. Try the first one.
 
Let us know how this turns out.

Sounds to me like someone didn't want to bother looking.   Now that we have na established who would I
send my money to for Ezra if he was naturalized in 1896, probably in Marion County, Kansas.

I have been told that Na in the Naturalization column means not applicable.

The 1900 census says year of immigration - 1873

Number of years in the U. S.  - 27

Naturalization - Na  which I guess just indicates that he is a naturalized citizen.
