I do not have alot on the COX family that I did some research on in years 
past.  I had a photo of John COX b. 1822 so I tried to learn more about his 
family but only got much on the two branches that married into my GAGE 
family.  Do these brothers (James & John) belong in the family of Gideon 
that you mentioned?
