[or-roots] Naturalization - NARA

thanks for the info.  I did some reading and I guess it took 5 years for 
naturalization.  by that time my relative was living in New Jersey.  I might 
try posting a message...

I have a number of Sims relatives in Portland, maybe there is a connection.
