[or-roots] 1940 address

Does anyone know how to go about finding a modern day address for an older
1940  Rt. & Box address? 
 
My Grandparents signed a guest book in 1940 at the Hanson & Lavina (Wickard)
Stevens Family Reunion, Marion Co., Oregon  & it would be nice to know where
they lived & see if the house might still be there. As a little girl (early
1960's) I remember going to this old farm house & it was empty, but I
believed it belonged to the family, so I'm curious also if it' s the same
house.
 
Just in case any one might know how to go about finding it, this 1940
address was,
