Fred H. Ramsey died 2 Jan 1894 -- ae 70 yrs -- pioneer of 1844. 
note: it is rumored that Mr. Ramsey's brother is buried here, but no
confirmation of that ...

Has anyone ever heard of Fred Ramsey?  He was a pioneer of 1845.  There is a
lone
grave in Portland, Oregon at the end of North Columbia Blvd. in St. Johns
area.  It
is in a small grove just before where the street makes a left turn to go up
to Lombard
Avenue.
