The next meeting of the Jewish Genealogical Society of Willamette Valley 
Oregon (JGSWVO) will be* Wednesday, November 8, 2006* at 7:30 PM. 

*Program:* Photographer Gary Tepfer will talk about* Roman Vishniac*, 
Russian-American biologist, photographer, linguist, art historian, and 
philosopher, with emphasis on his pre-war photographic record of Jewish 
communities in Europe, as seen in the book,/ A Vanished World/. 

Our meetings are open to everyone. You are always welcome to bring 
genealogy research questions, success stories, old photos, reference 
books and family heirlooms. 

JGSWVO members may borrow materials (books, newsletters, CDs, etc.) from 
our library and list family names and towns on the JGSWVO web site. Dues
