I don't know if this might help these problems, but my son suggested bitdefender.com to get help for issues such as this. Some sites such as hijackthis.com are for help with virus scanning, but bitdefender.com helps with "trojans" and that sort of menace. BTW, does anyone else get "titan" in the middle of their email address when they hit reply to these emails?
