[or-roots] changing name - Creek

It's on Hulen land who got it in 1898. The name of the creek is Boyd creek &
also named Briar Gulch at present, both on different maps.. The Boyd name
was 20 years later after our g-grandfather died. The water location/water
rights 1901 are in the Hulen name first, we have that document, census
records & etc. to prove this, I hope that will be enough. Our aunt would
like it changed to her mother & grandfather's last name before she dies.
