[or-roots] Finding 5 digit addresses

Does anyone know if there is a website that converts old (3 or 4 digit)  
rural addresses 
to the newer 5-digit addresses?
 
A for instance is 3982 Link Rd., Eugene, OR 97402
 
I'd like to find the exact house, but they now have 5-digit  addresses.
