[or-roots] A Training Aid McGuire - Baker

I read or-roots with interest quite often, but this is the second time in
as many weeks I have come looking for help.  I have two people that should
have some 'tracks' in Oregon and I need guidance on how to run it down.

The first is Cora McGuire b:Abt 1886 in Wisconsin; d: 16 (Dec?) 1961
Marion County;; and, James A. Baker b: Abt 1888 in Oregon; d: 14 Feb1960
in Multnomah County, Oregon.  I believe James & Cora were married.  The
location "Russellville, Multnomah County, Oregon comes up in their meager
data.  I believe this is [now] a suburb of Portland somewhere around the
102 and SE Stark area.

I would like to use them as training aids that will teach me how to get
into State of Oregon archives.
