Okay I think I am on the right track, but you gotta love those Norwegians;
I went back to family search and tried the father's name and got this result;

father's name:                             Johan
Evensen Holshagen        

mother's name:              Berte Kristiansdatter 
still no Knudrud, but this looked to me like I might be on the right track, but why isn't Marie listed in the same search? So I tweaked the search two or three times and got;

gender:                                     Female

baptism/christening date:            12
Jan 1890

baptism/christening place:            Lillehammer,
Oppland, Norway

birth date:                                  17
Dec 1889    

father's name:                            Johan
Evensen            

mother's name:              Berte Kristiansdatter  
which just happens to match up with the calculated date of birth from the WA index for her death. Lucky for me the Norwegians don't have those parish records online yet, so I don't have to struggle through trying to find this stuff in the original hand writing.
